We’re proud to announce a new partnership within the CareTech family that marks a significant step forward in the digitalisation of our services.

We’re proud to announce a new partnership within the CareTech family that marks a significant step forward in the digitalisation of our services.

The Oakleaf Group, a CareTech company, has secured a three-year contract to implement Melo, an innovative behavioural management platform, across its brain injury and neurological services. Starting this week, Melo will be rolled out across four Oakleaf sites, empowering clinical teams to better understand behavioural needs and deliver more personalised, higher-quality care.

By reducing time spent interpreting behavioural data, teams can focus on what truly matters: creating extraordinary days every day for the people we support.

Dr Caroline Knight, Head of Psychology and Consultant Neuropsychologist at Oakleaf, shared:

“Melo is the single most exciting innovation in how we manage complex behaviours I’ve seen in my 30-year career. We are looking forward to an exciting 2026, with less paper and more technology behind us.”

James Burch, Co-Founder of Decently, added:

“We’re delighted to welcome Oakleaf Care to the Melo community. Their commitment to outstanding neuro behavioural rehabilitation aligns perfectly with our mission to use data and digital insight to enhance recovery and outcomes.”

This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to innovation, quality, and meaningful impact for service users, families, and staff. We can’t wait to see the difference this makes over the next three years.
