The governance systems support and oversee the quality compliance and regulation framework across the organisation including the following key activities;
The scrutiny and oversight of all care quality and regulatory matters
Driving continuous quality improvement across all services through best practise and evidence-based guidance, system and process in line with our core values
Monitor and advise on safeguarding of vulnerable adults and children looked after throughout the Group
Promote awareness of safeguarding for adults and children and share best practice
Provide effective oversight of Group Health and Safety responsibilities
Ensure that appropriate policies are current, updated, implemented and monitoring systems in place
Review and monitor serious case reviews, complaints, whistleblowing allegations, serious incidents and reports arising from quality audit, ensuring lessons are learned and shared
