What You’ll Do
As a Children's Residential Support Worker you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.
Where You’ll Do It
Drumbank is a lovely well kept homely 5 bed property adjoining the Drum Estate on the outskirts of Scotland’s capital city, Edinburgh. We benefit from beautiful grounds and greetings from the local sheep.
Our young people are very active, enjoying football, Karate, wild swimming and walks in the outdoors. It is never a dull day and there is often lots of laughter to be heard, whether it's from joking around, pranks or games involving the staff too. The team at Drumbank are dedicated to providing the best care and outcomes for our young people. We have a trauma informed approach and aim to support and develop the staff team to their best potential. We are a well knitted team, in which individuals are empowered to share ideas, engage with local community resources and take part in wellbeing activities.
