Location: Bromyard (Full UK Manual Driving Licence Required)

Pay: £27,331.20-330,305.60 + Sleep ins

A role where every day is different

You’ll be part of a supportive, therapeutic team, helping children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs to feel understood and empowered.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Supporting routines like school, appointments and daily activities
• Building meaningful, trusting relationships
• Encouraging independence, confidence and life skills
• Planning fun and engaging experiences, from outdoor activities to gaming, crafts or days out
• Keeping accurate records using our digital care systems

This isn’t a desk-based role, it’s hands-on, rewarding, and genuinely life-changing.

What we’re looking for

You don’t need previous care experience, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

We’re looking for people who are:

• Compassionate, patient and understanding
• Positive, proactive and resilient
• Strong communicators and team players
• Passionate about supporting children and young people to achieve positive outcomes
• Hold a full UK manual driving licence and be willing to work evenings, weekends and sleep-ins as part of a rota.
