Role Description

Role: Residential Support Worker (Children’s Residential Care, Full-Time)

Location: Newtown, Powys, SY15 (Residential Care Home)

Shift pattern 3 on 6 off, or 2 on 4 off. Includes Sleep In's (£67.50 per sleep in)

Salary: £28,632.24 - £31,253.04 per annum (including sleep-ins)

A full Manual UK driving licence is required and we are unable to offer sponsorship for this vacancy.

We are looking for a Residential Support Workers / Children’s Support Worker / Care Worker to join our team! Who share the same values as we do? Our Residential Support Workers receive specialist training in respect of early trauma, CSE, HSB, Children’s rights and participation. We work to a multi-disciplinary approach with clear measurable outcome.

Essential

• Hold a full manual driving licence
• Able to work shift pattern of 3 on 6 off or 2 on 4 off including Sleep In’s
• Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced residential care environment
• Enjoy activities and engaging with children and young people what activities, such as arts and crafts and outdoor games and activities.
