What the Role Looks Like
You’ll work closely with the Assistant Regional Manager, an experienced Registered Manager, learning the ins and outs of running a successful children’s home while still staying hands-on with the young people and team.
No being stuck behind a desk all day - we want someone who enjoys building relationships, creating positive experiences for young people, and leading a team that genuinely cares.
You’ll be involved in:
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the home
• Helping lead and motivate the team
• Creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for young people
• Supporting care planning and safeguarding
• Developing staff and helping new team members grow
• Working alongside professionals, families, and external agencies
• Learning everything you need to progress into a Registered Manager role
