CareTech services across the country came together to celebrate Red Nose Day, with colleagues and the children, young people and adults we support getting involved in a host of fun and creative activities.
Teams baked, dressed up and even designed their own bespoke Red Noses, all in the spirit of raising funds for Comic Relief. Thanks to everyone’s enthusiasm — and with match funding from the CareTech Charitable Foundation — a fantastic £2,956.46 was raised.
Comic Relief funds help provide food, shelter and safety for people experiencing hardship in the UK and around the world. The money supports essential community projects and crisis services, reflecting CareTech’s commitment to delivering extraordinary days, every day.
A video captured the highlights of the celebrations, showcasing plenty of smiles, creativity and teamwork. Viewers may even spot a Red Nose that made its way to Australia, where one of our Oakleaf colleagues joined in the fun from the other side of the world.
